Common questions
A decision is any API request to /api/v1/decisions. Whether DelegateZero executes, drafts a response, or escalates - it counts as one decision. Pings and context management calls do not count toward your volume.
On Solo, Operator, and Team plans, decisions beyond your monthly limit are billed at $0.04 per decision - so you never go dark in a high-volume month. Scale includes unlimited decisions with no overage. You'll get a notification before your usage gets high so there are no surprises.
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your context, decisions, and audit logs are preserved at all tiers - you won't lose history when you change plans. If you drop to a plan with lower context limits, older entries are archived rather than deleted.
