Integrations overview
Integrations connect DelegateZero to the tools where decisions already live. Instead of waiting for someone to submit a request, DelegateZero watches incoming messages and surfaces the ones that need a judgment call - with a drafted response ready before you open the app.
This is the shift from tool to infrastructure. The founder no longer has to remember to use DelegateZero - DelegateZero is already in the flow of their day, pulling decisions toward itself rather than waiting.

Reactive vs. proactive
Slack is reactive - DelegateZero responds when you explicitly invoke it via slash command or message shortcut. It does not scan your Slack workspace autonomously.
Gmail and Linear are proactive - DelegateZero scans for new messages and issues on a regular cadence without any action on your part. Items that require a decision are classified, processed, and waiting in your queue when you check in.
The proactive queue
All proactive items land in your Queue. For each surfaced item, DelegateZero runs the full decision pipeline and drafts a response based on your context. The queue tells you how many are waiting, how many are already drafted, and which ones need your direct input. You review, approve, or dismiss.
Nothing is sent or executed automatically. You always have final say before any response goes out.
