Proactive queue

The proactive queue is where DelegateZero surfaces decisions it found on your behalf - from Gmail, Linear, or other connected integrations. It sits at the top of your Queue and tells you at a glance what's waiting, what's already drafted, and what needs your direct input.

How items enter the queue

  1. DelegateZero scans connected integrations every 15 minutes
  2. Incoming messages and issues are classified - most are ignored
  3. Items that require a concrete decision run through the full decision pipeline
  4. The drafted result waits in your queue, ready to review

By the time you check in, most items will already have a drafted response based on your stored policies, precedents, and templates.

Status

Meaning

Drafted

The decision pipeline ran and produced an execute or draft outcome. A response is ready to review.

Needs input

The pipeline escalated - confidence was too low to act. Your direct judgment is required.

Processing

The decision pipeline is still running. Refresh shortly.

Reviewing an item

Click Review to open the full decision - outcome, confidence, reasoning, and the drafted response. From there you can override the outcome, update context, or return to the queue.

Click Dismiss to remove the item from the queue without reviewing the decision. The underlying decision record is preserved in your decision history.

Nothing executes automatically

Proactive items are surfaced and drafted, but nothing is sent or executed without your approval. The queue is a review interface, not an autonomous action queue. You always have final say.
